Wykeland commences construction of a new wine warehouse for House of Townend.
Meltonwests popularity with local businesses continues with the commencement of construction of a new 27,000 sqft warehouse and head office facility for the local wine wholesaler, House of Townend.
The Hull based business has been established for over 100 years in the region and prides itself on it’s ability to source the best wines from around the world and deliver to it’s customers. Having been based in the city of Hull in older premises the business has seized the opportunity to be located in a modern well designed facility with good transport links but still maintaining it’s connection to Hull.
North Lincolnshire based Havercroft Construction won the contract to construct the new facility which is due to complete in February 2011.
