Wykeland Beal is a brand new joint venture business established by two Hull based companies which is dedicated to delivering a re-energised Fruit Market Area in Hull. Wykeland’s Head Office in Queen Street is at the heart of the Fruit Market area and Wykeland have been leading on the visible changes being made in the area over the last couple of years. Investments include the @the dock office development the centre piece of which is the stunning C4Di (Centre for Digital Innovation), the 350 seat Amphitheatre over the listed Dry Dock which is now on site and the major refurbishment of the 40,000 sq.ft. Marina Court Office complex which is now home to the likes of Andrew Jackson Solicitors, EY, Lloyds and Handelsbanken.
