Hull property and investment specialists, the Wykeland Group, has appointed Tom Cannon as Project Manager.
An architectural technician, Tom brings a wealth of experience to the growing Wykeland team as it continues to expand its estates management and property portfolio.
The company is one of the North’s leading providers of commercial space and is currently developing the Melton West Business Park on the A63 west of Hull, the Bridgehead Business Park at Hessle and the Flemingate mixed-use scheme at Beverley.
It also owns Europarc, North East Lincolnshire’s flagship business park near Grimsby, and is developing the innovative @thedock project in Hull where work on the hub C4DI building has recently commenced.
Prior to joining Wykeland, Tom was a partner in cdc Architecture Limited, a Grimsby-based architectural design consultancy established in 2001.
He said: “As someone who is used to designing buildings, assembling a project team and helping to steer the project through to the completed building, I’m looking forward to working on a wide range of new-build and refurbishment projects with Wykeland”.
Guy Evans, Head of Development at Wykeland, said: “Tom has joined Wykeland at a busy time for the company as we look to expand our property portfolio. To have his architectural skills in house will be of great value to future projects”.
