The invitation to tender for a Main Contractor on the construction of an new exciting Grade A office unit located within the iconic Fruit Market area is now open. The proposed 12,000 sq ft office unit will be of high quality and complement the existing buildings within the Fruit Market area and Hull’s Old Town.
The project is part funded by the European Regional Development Fund.
